How to Become an Endorsing Delegate:
Because I will not continue my campaign past the endorsement decision, this process will determine whetherI will run against Rep. Repinski in 2026. If you think I am the best candidate to beat Rep. Repinski, then please help me by becoming an endorsing delegate!
In order to become an endorsing delegate, you need to first attend the Winona Caucus on February 3rd, 2026. At this caucus, you will meet in small groups, based on your address (your precinct). Your precinct caucus will then decide who will get to serve as an endorsing delegate. Typically, this is not a heated election, but more of a “Please… anyone??” situation; however, in some of the larger precincts, you might need to provide a brief oral explanation of why you want the DFL to endorse Dan Wilson. The precinct caucus votes on endorsing delegates, and those selected will then attend the Endorsing Convention, date TBD. At this convention, all the chosen delegates decide on the official DFL endorsement over the course of one or more rounds of voting. https://dfl.org/caucuses-conventions/process/
