A resident of Minnesota for 20 days

How do I register to vote?
You can register here or you can register on election day.
To register on election day, college students can bring their photo ID along with their name and address on a student housing list from the college as proof of residence.
Colleges and universities that enroll students accepting state financial aid must send election officials a student housing list. This list includes students who live on-campus and those that have provided their current address to the school and live in the city where campus is located. If you are on the list, show any form of photo ID approved for registering on election day to complete your registration.
